Overview

Reporting directly to the Creative Director/Graphic Design Manager, the Associate Graphic Design Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting IQT’s creative initiatives. This position is designed to support the development and execution of content strategies that enhance IQT’s brand awareness and deliver measurable value across our organization. The Associate Specialist will support and enhance the organization’s brand through multiple visual communication efforts.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation: Design print and digital communications using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint. Lead with curiosity and see beyond to support the design of social media campaigns, produce infographics, gifs, project and event logos, video editing, simple animations, etc.

Presentation Design: Key player to collaborate on the conceptualization, design, production, and editing of visually compelling slide presentations to be used for education, awareness-building, and high-level business development

Brand Management and Consistency: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Create and utilize templates as needed to instill inclusion amongst the design and company

Misc Tasks: Foster trusted partnerships and manage relationships with print vendors and teams across IQT. Supporting colleagues by responding in a timely manner, openminded communication with end users, and other related duties, as assigned

Skills:

  • Proficient knowledge of all typography, iconography, color, and layout
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Due to contractual reasons, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Graphic Arts education/experience in digital media/art, graphic design, or design related field
  • 1-3 years of successful graphic design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications
  • Thrive in entrepreneurial, team-oriented work environments; Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to be flexible, creative, and optimistic
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects in a deadline-oriented environment
